At Unique Fashion, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.

  • Once the order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order:

  1. Contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

  2. Share your order number and reason for cancellation.

  3. Our team will confirm whether the cancellation request is approved.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If your order is successfully cancelled, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation.

4. Cancellation of Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders can also be cancelled before shipment.

  • Repeated cancellation of COD orders may lead to account restrictions.

5. Orders Cancelled by Unique Fashion Jodh

We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases such as:

  • Product out of stock

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Payment issues

  • Unserviceable delivery location

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
